Caldwell, ID to Vale, OR
I cross the Snake River into Oregon. I overnight in Vale, Oregon. It’s a short ride today because of the emptiness ahead of me as I head into southeastern Oregon. The region around the Snake River is farm country, the last I’ll see until I reach California’s Sacramento Valley.
